PRECAST LIFTING SYSTEM
Made of high grade steel for safe lifting and transporting of precast concrete elements such as beam, slab & wall panels. Lifting components comprise of anchors, clutches & recess formers. The components have different load classes suitable for all transport applications.
Eye Anchor
Eye Anchor with slot-in rebar provide more lifting capacity use for lifting, shifting and installation. Suitable for PPVC/PBU, precast wall, precast refuse chute and precast duct.
Material
Forged steel with minimum safety factor of 3 against steel failure.
Advantages
Recess installation method provide good protection from production to installation, no subsequent works required with only patch-up recess hole.
Application
Use for precast concrete de-moulding, lifting, shifting, transporting and installation.
Working Load
1.3 ton to 32 ton
Cone Anchor
Cast into concrete together with a removable recess former to be coupled with lifting clutch.
Material
Forged steel with minimum safety factor of 3 against steel failure.
Advantages
Recess installation method provide good protection from production to installation, no subsequent works required with only patch-up recess hole.
Application
Cast into precast concrete use for precast concrete demoulding, lifting, shifting and installation. Suitable for Precast column, precast staircase and precast planks.
Working Load
1.3 ton to 32 ton
Rebar Anchor
Used in very thin-walled precast components such as precast wall, façade wall and flat panels.
Material
G400/ G460 / G500 steel bar
Advantages
Rebar anchor ribs provide bonding strength with concrete
Application
Forge steel bar with lifting head, another end bend 90-degree short bend.
Working Load
2.5t - 10t
Wavy Tail Anchor
Reliable thread lifting system for precast elements. Anchored into the concrete unit using its integrated reinforcement bar.
Material
Steel tube and steel bar
Advantages
Use for thinner type precast wall like Façade wall and Structural & Non-structural wall
Application
Forge steel bar with lifting head anchored into beam, panel and wall
Working Load
0.5t – 5t
Lifting Clutch
A lifting gear for rapid coupling with cast-in anchor head for lifting to handle and erect of precast element. .
Material
High grade steel and intensive care on welding quality for reliable strength. Minimum safety factor of 4 against steel failure.
Advantages
Release any stress on the contact point between clutch and anchor head by 360-degree rotation in lifting operation.
Application
Used in very thin-walled precast components such as walls, and flat panels
Working Load
1.3 ton to 32 ton
Lifting Loop
Reliable thread lifting system for precast elements. Anchored into the concrete unit using its integrated reinforcement bar
Material
Flexible steel wire rope secured by swaged aluminum ferrule to form a loop. Minimum safety factor of 3 against steel failure.
Advantages
Simple and directly attach with crane hook without ocassional lifting clutch.
Application
Ideal for precast component which lifting points to be located at side of joint of the precast component.
Working Load
0.8ton to 28ton.
Former Recess
Tightly matched with lifting anchor to form the recess prevented of incorrect lifting clutch with anchor head
Material
Oil and temperature resistant rubber and thread steel rod.
Advantages
Tightly matched with respective lifting anchor to form the recess prevented of incorrect lifting clutch with the anchor head.
Application
To secure the position of the lifting anchor for concrete casting of the precast element.
Working Load
1.3ton to 32ton.
Tube Insert
Used for precast installation propping and verticality adjustment.
Material
High grade precision steel tube with minimum safety factor of 3 against steel failure.
Advantages
Eliminating of concrete drilling works on site.
Application
Bracing and prop point for precast column and wall panel erection
Working Load
0.2ton to 3.9ton
